Our Silent Auction Preview Process

At Beloved Belongings Estate Services, we offer a special Silent Auction Preview for select high-value or unique items—such as antiques, collectibles, or specialty pieces—prior to the start of our full estate sale.

This format allows collectors and serious buyers a first look at standout pieces while giving every item the best chance to find a new home.

HOW IT WORKS

Silent Auction Preview:
The day before the main estate sale begins, we host a limited-time, in-person preview window (2–3 hours) where interested buyers can place private, written bids on featured items.
Bidding Process:
Silent bids are submitted confidentially during the preview event. At the close of bidding, the highest offer on each item is selected.
Unsold Items:
If any items do not sell during the silent auction, they are seamlessly rolled into the general estate sale the following day—offering an additional opportunity for purchase.
