  • Silent auction integration (if needed)
  • Item categories (sell, keep, donate, dispose)

What Happens: Our team professionally organizes, stages, and displays items in the home to maximize appeal and value. We then evaluate and price every item using our expertise, historical data, and online marketplaces.

  • Prepare a separate area (if desired) for silent auction items. High-value or niche items may be placed in a silent auction format to maximize competitive bidding.

  • Our own buyer list and social media followers
  • Custom flyers, signage, and optional paid ads

Silent Auction Option: Items can be previewed online or promoted with silent auction instructions to boost interest.

What Happens: We professionally staff and manage the entire estate sale.

  • Handling of payment processing (cash, Venmo, credit cards if enabled)
