What Happens: We meet with you in person (or virtually) to walk through the home, understand your goals, timeline, and what items need to be sold, donated, or kept.

What Happens: We create a detailed plan outlining:

  • The sale timeline
  • Silent auction integration (if needed)
  • Item categories (sell, keep, donate, dispose)
  • Setup, pricing, and marketing strategy

What Happens: Our team professionally organizes, stages, and displays items in the home to maximize appeal and value. We then evaluate and price every item using our expertise, historical data, and online marketplaces.

What We Do:

  • Group and categorize items
  • Light cleaning and organizing
  • Set up signage and display tables
  • Prepare a separate area (if desired) for silent auction items. High-value or niche items may be placed in a silent auction format to maximize competitive bidding.
  • For valuables, collectibles, or antiques, we will appraise your items to ensure your getting the most out of your belongings

What Happens: We promote your sale across multiple channels, including:

  • Estate sale platforms (e.g., EstateSales.net, Craigslist, local Facebook groups)
  • Our own buyer list and social media followers
  • Custom flyers, signage, and optional paid ads

Silent Auction Option: Items can be previewed online or promoted with silent auction instructions to boost interest.

What Happens: We professionally staff and manage the entire estate sale.

What’s Included:

  • On-site staff to assist buyers and maintain security
  • Handling of payment processing (cash, Venmo, credit cards if enabled)
  • Clear signage for pricing and auction bids
  • Final-day markdown strategy to sell remaining items

Silent Auction:

  • Bidders submit written bids by a specific deadline
  • Winning bids are announced near the end of the sale or by phone/email
